Luke is a good baby. He really is. But he every day he was being really fussy when he tried to eat. He was definitely hungry, but he just screamed and screamed when he tried to latch on. I decided he had some serious gas. We've given him gas drops when he gets like that, but he still had a 4 hour ordeal once a day. A few people have suggested to me that it must be something I'm eating that his tummy can't handle. I knew some of the culprits, but I didn't eat any of them consistently - except one.

That's right folks. No more happiness for me. Since foregoing dairy 2 days ago, Luke hasn't had a fussy eating episode. And his poop is a much more normal consistency.
I think I'll starve for the next few months until his tummy can handle dairy. What will I eat for breakfast? Normally I'd have cold cereal or something with yogurt. What can I have for lunch? Typically I'd eat something with cheese. What about my snacks? I have a whole Costco sized package of string cheese that I like to eat. What can I have for dessert? I am seriously craving a milkshake right now. I'm going to finish eating the pumpkin cheesecake sitting in my fridge though. I'll take whatever punishment comes from eating that deliciousness.
that is the absolute worst torture and misery I can imagine. I am so so so so sorry.
