Luke at 21 months

This kid is getting so big. He finally said his first word, "uh-oh." He says it all the time now. I've been dying to hear his little voice say something real. I'm still waiting for "momma" though.

He is such a little boy. He loves to play with balls, trains, cars, rocks, and sticks.

He figured out how to hold 3 balls at the same time.

He discovered the train tracks at my brother's house and was mesmerized.

He loves playing at the park. His favorite is the slide. Once we taught him how to sit down at the top, he can go down all by himself. He has no fear. He goes down all of the tall slides without any hesitation.

He went down this way without any encouragement. Don't worry. There was soft sand at the bottom.

Our new house has stairs in it and within a couple of weeks, he was walking up and down the stairs. He thinks he such a big boy.

He is very sweet and loves to give me hugs and kisses. He has started to throw small temper tantrums, although this usually only involves lying face down on the floor while he whines. So far, he is fairly easily distracted out of his tantrum.

He also uses the downward facing dog when he is being reprimanded.
