Besides the whole pregnancy and labor thing, I think I've officially been initiated as a mom. Last night I got pooped on. A lot. I spent the morning scrubbing baby poop out of my white g's, my white boppy pillow, my white boppy pillow cover (which was SUPPOSED to protect my pillow, but didn't), and Luke's white onesie (seriously, who makes white baby clothes?). Oh, and my scrubs.
I think I have managed to get it out, using a combination of soaking everything in detergent bleach overnight and then a lot of elbow grease and Zout this morning. How does everyone else get baby poop stains out? Because if my current method didn't work (the jury is still out as Jason just went down to put everything in the washer), then I'll need some other ideas. Don't worry. I won't dry anything until I'm satisfied the stains are gone.
I scrub stuff with soap and a toothbrush right after the incident. It seems to come out fine. The one I struggle with is food stains (i.e. spit up carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, anything with color...).
