So I just created this blog and I already have something else to post.
My first step in creating a blog was writing post #1. You'd think (as I did) that would be the hard part. And you (and I) would be wrong.
Finding a decent picture of me was the hard part.
I looked at every single picture I have of me from the last year. I needed something that centered around me and wasn't too unflattering (this IS my blog). As great as I look in Paul's wedding pictures, that's kind of his thunder. Most other pictures of me from this year aren't that great (even that sidebar picture of me is 3 years old).
Why, you ask? Because I live by myself and do not take pictures. Hence, the only time someone takes pictures of me is when I'm at big events. Most of the time those events do not feature me. So, the best I could find for the headline of this blog was me blowing out birthday candles.
Maybe I should take more pictures.
